A few words from our founder

From a young age, I knew I wanted to teach—I just wasn’t sure how or what. Over time, my passion for sharing knowledge led me to roles that allowed me to guide others, but it wasn’t until I had the opportunity to teach newcomers in a previous job that I truly found my calling. It was in those moments, watching others grow and succeed through what I taught, that I realized the profound impact teaching can have.

I’ve always believed that making a difference—even in just one person’s life—is the most meaningful contribution we can make to the world. This belief is the heart of Happy Client Hub. With this project, I want to create more than just courses. I want to build a safe space for small businesses and decision-makers to connect, learn, and grow together. My goal is to foster a community where communication with clients is more than just transactional—it’s about building real relationships.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to create even more opportunities for connection, including in-person gatherings for our community—especially here in Europe, where these opportunities are scarce. Together, we’ll learn, share, and transform customer service into something remarkable.
